Crowcon’s Service Department offers highly professional and efficient servicing of our full range of products both in house and on site via our highly experienced and fully equipped field service engineers. We can also Service gas detection products not manufactured by Crowcon. Our in-house turn-round time for portable instruments, both Crowcon and Telegan is normally around 3-5 days. Field service contract customers can receive a 24 hour telephone support hotline with rapid site visits if required as well as 6 monthly service and calibration. Crowcon is a ISO 9001:2000 accredited company. |

To back up the Service Department and further support our customers and sales teams, we now have four highly experienced Technical Support Engineers who can provide technical information and advise on all aspects of gas detection. This service is very highly regarded, both by customers and Crowcon staff. |

Crowcon is able to offer a comprehensive range of training on all our products from the simplest portable instrument to the most complex fixed system. The pricing per day is very competitive and we can organise courses for up to ten delegates. We can also offer on-site training for those customers with large numbers of delegates. Please apply to our training department for pricing. |

Fixed Systems Maintenance Plans:
All Inclusive
Crowcon has now introduced a fully comprehensive service package which will cover your system for 2 service visits a year, as well as all necessary spare parts. The package offers a maximum 72-hour response to any fault calls, and provides complete peace of mind.
Response 24
For areas that operate round the clock, we can offer 24-hour telephone support, and a priority response to fault calls.
Response 72
For areas that may be shut down safely, office-hours telephone support, fault visit within 72 hours and six monthly calibration visits.
Portable Equipment Maintenance Plans:
Turnaround 3
For priority equipment, a 3-day turnaround service provides collection from and delivery to a UK site, full maintenance check, full repair and expert calibration.
Turnaround 5
Our ‘maximum guaranteed 5-day turnaround’ service as per previous description.
Assurance 3
Multigas instrument service contract, three year contract duration, on site contract offered for 10 or more fleet size, instrument collection and delivery service, all parts and labour included in the contract.
Assurance 5
As Assurance 3, but for a contract term of 5 years.
Convenience 3
As Assurance 3, but includes new instrument purchase and is invoiced anually in advance.
Convenience 5
As Assurance 3, but for a contract term of 5 years.
Advance 3
A 3 year inclusive contract aimed at portable combustion analyser instruments, ensuring that your instrument is constantly in peak condition.
The above maintenance plans have built in flexibility to meet each customer’s individual requirements. The Crowcon repairs workshop, based in Abingdon, undertakes all warranty work, routine repairs and servicing for our customers.
