Detect methane at distance

The LaserMethane^® units allow methane detection at distance in a choice of two handheld packages. Utilising Tuneable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) methane column density is measured and displayed on backlit displays in both numerical and graphical formats.

Both instruments perform a self check on start-up verifying the operation and calibration of the laser diode by referencing an inbuilt methane cell. Consequently the LaserMethane^® units eliminate the need for external calibration.
