Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd are delighted to announce the introduction of a range of Sensitron products to enhance its existing portfolio of fixed gas detection systems and control panels.

With Sensitron as one of the leading European names in gas detection, this convergence allows a significant expansion to Crowcon’s available fixed product line, with over 16 detectors and controllers being added as a complementary range to the existing portfolio. This includes a range of car park monitoring systems, marine certified systems and SIL2 certified fixed detectors.

SMART Industrial Detectors

Sensitron SMART industrial detectors are designed to meet a wide range of industrial requirements for flammable and toxic gas detection, with support for the detection of more than 50 gases.

Parking Range

The Sensitron parking range consists of the SMART P-1 and P-2 detectors along with Multiscan++PK control panel. The range allows for the detection of both CO and either NO2 or petrol vapours.

Marine Range

Sensitron’s SMART S-MS MED detector is a SIL2 hardware and SIL3 software certified flammable gas detector designed to meet the harshest conditions of marine applications.

Refrigerant Detectors

The Sensitron SMART 3-R and 3-R Lite are dedicated refrigerant gas detectors with options for the detection of more than 10 refrigerant gases.

Addressable Controllers

Also launching are a range of Sensitron controllers, consisting of the Multiscan++MED and the Multiscan++PK, along with the Multiscan++S2, Multiscan 8+ and PL4+ control panels. These control panels offer a variety of options – SIL2, addressable communications, and the monitoring of up to 256 detectors.
