On Friday 4th Dec we celebrated our recent achievement of the Investors in People accreditation with a tea party for all staff at our UK Headquarters. Waiter service was provided by the Directors and Senior Management Team, in recognition of the contribution of all employees to achieving the standard.
Since 2011, Crowcon have adopted a wide range of good practice initiatives in relation to people management, creating multiple opportunities for personal development in all teams, which has resulted in a significant amount of internal progression, supported by many hundreds of days of training every year. As well as informal or on the job training, IT and Health & Safety focused learning, or in-house courses via our Gas Academy Training Officers, many employees have achieved recognised qualifications from NVQs in Performing Manufacturing Operations to MSc Engineering, or Prince 2 to CIMA.
