Crowcon is committed to supporting users of models which have been replaced in the product line-up with spares, servicing and technical advice. After a prolonged period, limitations of parts supply will mean that support eventually ceases. If you have a specific query, your local distributor or Area Sales Manager will be able to advise of current support status.
If you know that your unit has reached the stage at which it is no longer supported, or you have an older generation of Crowcon product that has simply reached the end of its service life, and wish to know what the current replacement model is, please see the table below.
Status Definitions:
Current – New sales of product possible and spares readily available
Obsolete – Product can no longer be purchased, spares available for 5-7 years from date of obsolescence
Unsupported – Product can no longer be purchased, spares no longer available after any current stocks run out
