To return items under Warranty

- Review our standard documents to make sure your product comes under warranty:
- Please complete the Warranty Claim Form below and once received, we will provide you with a returns number (eg SERV001234) and shipment address.
Your product will be assessed by our experienced warranty team and, where possible, brought back to working order. If repair is not possible, then we will replace it with the same model, or discuss an alternative with you.
