To return items under Warranty
- Review our standard documents to make sure your product comes under warranty:
- Complete the Customer Returns Note (CRN) form and send it to email@example.com
- Once received we will provide you with a returns number (CRN) and shipment address.
If you are unsure if warranty applies, then please contact the Customer Support team, who will be able to provide advice.
Your product will be assessed by our experienced warranty team and, where possible, brought back to working order. If repair is not possible, then we will replace it with the same model, or discuss an alternative with you.
