Our US Service is fully equipped to offer comprehensive support for Crowcon products.
Our in-house turn-round time for our instruments is normally around 3-5 days and a 6-monthly service and calibration is also available.
To back up the Service Department and further support our customers and sales teams, our Customer Support Team includes technical specialists who can provide information and advise on all aspects of gas detection.

We accept Visa and Mastercard as a method of payment. We do not set up credit accounts for any company that will do less than $5,000 a year.
In North America, any repair quotation that is denied is subject to a $45 evaulation fee. No evaluation fee is charged if the repair quote is accepted.
Crowcon’s Singapore Branch offers full after-sales service and spares to support our large customer base. We offer in-house and on-site calibration services and project based testing and commissioning work within the South East Asia region. Crowcon Singapore regularly conducts certification training for distributors and selected customers to perform calibration and repair work on Crowcon’s full range of instruments.
As part of our after-sales support to our local customers, we offer annual maintenance contracts to meet our customers’ demands for vendor service support. For regional customers, Crowcon network of distributors are trained to support with calibration and repair services.
